Payment

Payment is expected within 7 days of purchase. PayPal is my preferred method of payment. On a case-by-case basis though,  I’ll also accept personal checks and money orders. Email or message me to make arrangements prior to your purchase. Please note that ALL CHECKS must be fully cleared through the bank prior to item shipping. Customers in the state of Iowa will be subject to a 7% Iowa sales tax, required by the state.

Shipping

All items will be shipped out to you within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment via USPS first class mail. Priority mail is available by request for an additional fee depending on rates. If you are interested in faster delivery, please contact me before buying so arrangements can be made.

Custom work requires an individualized timeline for production, processing and shipping, which will be determined at time of request.

Shipping costs are a best estimate based on the weight of the packaged item. I will refund any overage $2 or more once package is shipped if the shipping costs have been overestimated.

Refunds

It’s my goal to offer top quality items and exceptional service so if you are unhappy with your purchase or your item(s) are damaged/ do not arrive please contact me, so that I can correct the issue rather than leaving poor reviews or negative comments! I will accept items for exchange or refund within 3 days after receipt. Again, please allow me the opportunity to work with you before leaving neutral/negative feedback.

Refunds will be provided after I have received the undamaged item back. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. If the item was damaged during shipping, please provide me pictures of the packaging and the damaged item for my records.

Custom requested items are generally not available for refund unless you contact me via email with the details of your request. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis only.
